Our Beginner Barbell Workshop is designed to help you build confidence, learn proper fundamentals, and begin strength training in a supportive, hands-on, no-ego environment.

No previous lifting experience is required.

What You’ll Learn
During this workshop, you’ll receive hands-on coaching on the four foundational barbell lifts:

Squat
Learn stance, setup, bracing, depth, and proper mechanics.

Deadlift
Master the hip hinge, setup, tension, and safe pulling mechanics.

Bench Press
Learn upper body positioning, stability, spotting, and bar path basics.

Overhead Press
Build full-body tension, pressing mechanics, and shoulder stability.

You’ll also learn:
  • Basic warm-up and bracing principles
  • Common beginner mistakes
  • How to train safely and effectively
  • Simple beginner programming you can immediately apply
