Personal and Semi-Private Training
If you are looking for personal, buddy, or semi-private training to ensure that you are receiving the most specific, goal oriented health and fitness training program, this option is for you! Training sessions are conducted at my Norcross-based training center. Personal, buddy, and semi-private training sessions are individualized for each participant based on a thorough analysis and assessment to ensure that you accomplish your goals in the shortest time possible. Rates vary by training option and length of membership purchased. 

Sport Performance Training
If you are an athlete demanding a high level of performance I offer individualized training programs regardless of your level of competition. I have experience working with athletes from youth sports to the professional level and everything in between. All training is developed for your specific sport requirements, and the various energy system requirements of your position within the sport, based on the results of a thorough assessment to determine your current level of physical development.

Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) and Qigong 
Taiji (Tai Chi) is a Chinese martial art often referred to as an internal art, as the focus is on energy cultivation and fluidity of movement. Qigong is a Chinese system of exercise and breathing. Taiji and qigong have been shown to improve health, reduce stress, increase energy, lower blood pressure, and improve balance and flexibility among other things. Research conducted at Harvard University has shown Taiji to be an excellent form of exercise for health promotion. Taiji and qigong are often referred to as moving meditation. I offer two Taiji classes weekly on Mondays and Fridays. Our beginner class is held from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and focuses on the fundamentals of breathing, qigong, walking, and hand forms with the goal of learning the Yang 24 short form. The advanced class is held from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and builds on the skills acquired in the beginner class advancing on to the Yang 108 long form and introduces skills such as "push hands", advanced qigong exercises, Taiji sword forms, silk reeling, and Chen style Taiji.

EPTS Adult Fitness Training Class
If you enjoy working out in a small group, class setting, you will love the EPTS Adult Fitness Training classes. These classes appeal to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, and will challenge everyone that participates regardless of your experience. Classes will build general strength, endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and will help you burn fat and tone up faster than you could imagine! This is a cost effective way to get a great full-body workout with other fitness enthusiasts in a fun, supportive atmosphere! Classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday from  7pm to 8pm and Sunday from 2pm to 3pm.

EPTS Barbell Club / Team Training
This program is for powerlifters, kettlebell sport lifters, combat athletes and sport athletes who are serious about their training and looking for a hardcore environment and help with their training program. This is for serious participants only. We currently offer two different training group schedules.
  • Weekday Morning Group is Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:30am-11am.
  • Weekday Evening / Weekend Group is Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 5:30pm-7pm and Sunday: 11:30am-1pm.

Program Design + Gym Membership
This is a great option if you are looking for a place to train on your own with programming assistance. These are scheduled on an individual basis.

Health and Fitness Consultations
If you are looking to get the greatest possible service and develop true health and a adopt a lifestyle program that you can maintain and will see exceptional results from, I offer thorough health and fitness consultations and assessments to help you customize a program that will work for you. Everyone is different and no-one experiences the same challenges when trying to become healthy, so it is imperative that we take a customized approach to developing your wellness program.

Kettlebell and Indian Club Trainer Certification Courses and User Workshops
If you are a trainer looking to add kettlebell and Indian club training to your training tool-box, I offer certification courses in both. This is a great way to insure that you will be well on your way to mastering the subtle techniques required for both of these highly effective methods of training. Certifications and user workshops can be taught at my Atlanta-based training center or I can work with you to customize a course held on-site at your training facility.

Speaking Presentations
I am always available for speaking engagements and have presented on a wide variety of health, fitness, corporate wellness, and sport performance related topics at numerous events, clinics and seminars for public and private organizations as well as larger member-based organizations such as GAPHERD and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
