At EPTS, I specialize in helping people of all ages get stronger, move better, and perform at their best. Whether your goal is to build a resilient body, improve athletic performance, or simply feel great in everyday life, my in-person coaching services provide the guidance, structure, and accountability you need. From individualized strength and conditioning to small-group sessions, every program is designed around your abilities and goals so you get results that carry over to sport, work, and life.

Personal Training
Get one-on-one attention in a fully private setting. Sessions are tailored to your goals, abilities, and schedule so you can make steady progress with expert coaching every step of the way.

Semi-Private Training
Train alongside other motivated clients while still getting individualized programming and coaching. Semi-private sessions combine personal attention with the energy of a small group.

Sport Performance Training

Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) and Qigong

Whether you’re looking to complement strength training, enhance recovery, or cultivate a deeper mind-body connection, these classes provide lasting benefits for health and longevity.

Kettlebell Training & Girevoy Sport
Master the art of kettlebell lifting to build strength, endurance, and total-body coordination. Whether you’re using kettlebells for general fitness or training for the precision and stamina of Girevoy Sport (aka Kettlebell Sport), you’ll develop powerful hips, a resilient grip, and exceptional conditioning. Our sessions focus on efficient technique, progressive loading, and smart programming so you can train safely and effectively at any level.

Program Design + Gym Access
Get a customized strength and conditioning plan built around your goals, schedule, and training experience — plus access to our private facility so you can train with purpose.
